Fry-less Sweet Potato Fries

INGREDIENTS
  • 2-3 Large Sweet Potatoes (Sliced Into Thin Strips)
  • ¼ Cup Kapthura Extra Virgin Coconut Oil (Melted)
  • ½ Tsp Sea Salt
  • ¼ Tsp Black Pepper
  • ¼ Tsp Garlic Powder (Optional)
RECIPE INSTRUCTIONS
  • Preheat Oven to 400 Degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Put Coconut Oil and Seasoning in a small bowl and mix well.
  • Add sliced sweet potatoes to a large mixing bowl.
  • Pour the melted oil blend over the potatoes and toss until coated.
  • Layout the potatoes on a large baking sheet.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes or more until slightly browned and tender.
  • Serve as is or with homemade ketchup. Enjoy!
